The Delhi-based chef based out of Srinagar is creating three kinds of cuisines, all of which have been requested by German ambassador Michael Steiner. These include wazwaan, food from North West Frontier Province and German food. “If it’s on their minds, it will be on the platter,” said an excited Sethi, who is lining up pretzels, cold cuts and bread rolls for breakfast.
Gurjyote, the star chef from India is here in Surrey. His last assignment was as Executive Chef for Vivanta by Taj Dal View, Srinagar, Kashmir.
